As a small business, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide the best possible service. That’s why we offer a 14-day risk-free guarantee on all our mats. If, within 14 days, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the mat for a refund, minus a $75 rental fee. The return shipping cost will be at your expense.
By offering this guarantee, we aim to give you peace of mind and confidence in trying our Infrared PEMF mats. We are committed to your satisfaction and believe that once you experience the benefits, you’ll love your mat as much as we do.

Terms and Conditions:
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@bestcellf.com.au to receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Condition of Return: The mat must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals and packaging. If the mat is returned damaged or with signs of excessive wear and tear, a fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of repairs or refurbishment.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned mat, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund (minus the $75 rental fee) within 2 business days. If there are any issues, we will notify you with details of any deductions.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned mat.
- Effective Date: Our guarantee is in effect from June 20, 2024.
