I have been looking to buy a PEMF mat for years and what I didn’t love is that they were from overseas. Bestcellf is a premium product compared to the overseas models if you compare them. I'm loving my mat so much! I use it every night to wind down and relax and help me prepare for sleep. It is so relaxing I fall asleep unless I read a book! I've struggled with sleep maintenance issues for about 18 months & have noticed some improvements since using my mat for a couple of weeks. I am getting a longer sleep in some nights after using my mat, and my sleep quality has definitely improved (tracked on Oura Ring). I've only been using it a couple of weeks and look forward to experiencing the long term benefits and utilising it for its other capabilities as well! I bought my mat earlier this year when I broke yet another bone and can't imagine life without it.
